Wow thanks for the info! I’ve been searching since last summer on my ‘21 Model 3 trying to figure out why the A-Pillar speakers would pop in hot weather when my car was cooling down 😅 Followed your suggestion to go there and lo and behold the speakers were grounding out… but through the foam in my case! The foam was correctly positioned on my car, but the posts were still grounding out… so a bit of electrical tape and it’s all good! My sanity thanks you 🤣

My Alexa repeated aswell

I pushed a piece of foam in the middle of the dash and that reduced the rattle significantly. I still hear a little bit of rattling and I think it's coming from the passenger side now. I'll do the same and see if that mitigate the problem.

Tesla has to sort out these quality problems asap!

It seems you should pull the old filters, then go through this, then install new cabin filters. I might try this and instead of IPA and Hydrogen Peroxide I think I'll use a foaming HVAC cleaner

totally misleading video.

You are a legend. I’ve had the car for a year and I’ve taken apart the door panel, tied all loose cables down, and gone to Tesla 3 times. It got progressively worse recently so I did a google search and boom first thing. I IMMEDIATELY was able to make the pop myself. It’s a brand new 23 m3 too so it’s a shame. Thank you thank you thank you!

Thanks again mate. I inserted felt tape between the LED strip and trim as shown, but used a credit card to wedge into place. Started from one side and did the whole LED strip. Noise is gone. I'll send the bill to Elon! hah

Cannot thank you enough! Ran to Home Depot, bought a chunk of foam for $2, and shoved it in the same spot. Rattle is gone. Car no longer sounds cheap!

Thank you so much for this! The rattle was driving me crazy, I thought it was coming from the center speaker underneath the dash but sure enough it was above the LED light bar just as you said. I stuck in some tiny bit of foam in three different places along the bar And that fix all the rattles. You are a miracle worker.

why advertise this crap as letting you print beyond the drivers when you say in this video that it doesnt do that. I dont want my roll cut at 3 yards

Did you just have to put one piece of foam above the LED strip to fix your rattle or did you have to do several small pieces along the whole LED line?

Hi Thanks for the video. Having the same dashboard rattle and it's driving me crazy. Can you post a link of what foam you used for the fix?

1. press the car icon in the lower lefthand corner of the screen to open settings 2. press “recording” on the righthand side of the screen until it says “saving” 3. take the usb out of your car and look for the video on your computer saved you 15 minutes.

I couldn't even watch it cause its triggering my voice assistant and want to join in the conversation😅

Thanks for the great video! I drove for 10 minutes with my car before noticing something happened to it. I then parked the car and took out the drive. How come I only see the 10 minutes I drove (and the minute I took getting in the car) and not the 50 minutes before? The car was only parked for 30 minutes so the thing I’m looking for is in the right timespan. Any clue?
